The rental fees for 2006 are listed below. The minimum rental period is one
week, from Saturday 1:00 pm to Saturday 10:00 am (other arrival and
departure dates MAY be arranged provided the house is available. Extra days
will be charged on a per diem basis.) An English-speaking keyholder will meet
you upon arrival and will be available to assist you during your stay. You will
also find an extensive list of nearby restaurants, sporting and recreational
services and rentals, shopping areas and travel guides at the house.
A 10% discount will be given for rentals of 2 consecutive weeks, 15% for rentals
of 3 weeks or more.
A booking contract will be sent to the renter by regular mail and must be
returned to us before any rental agreement is made final.
